It has been my pleasure for the past two years to work with Tracy Kincaid. She was a paid staff member at the Covina Center for the Performing Arts, and I was a volunteer member of the Guild. Tracy was at nearly every Guild meeting, during which she was able to coordinate the work of the Playhouse, the Young Performers Institute and the Guild.
I found Tracy to be cheerful, energetic and dependable as to the assignments she was given. It appeared many times that she was able to fill in for the director in the everyday running of the operation. She worked in the gourmet kitchen, cooking, organizing and cleaning; she was responsible for setting up the banquet room for many of the luncheons and dinners given there; she shopped for the activities including food and decorations
I believe Tracy’s strongest point is working with people of different socioeconomic statuses, ages and backgrounds. She was consistently pleasant, evidenced high energy and was able to make independent decisions conforming to the goal of the activity.

Since 2007, I have known Tracy Kincaid, she has been a fine colleague at her work and volunteer association. There were three times that Tracy and I have worked and volunteered side by side; 1 I was a client at Grand Printing. 2 I was a volunteer on the Fiancial Board for the Covina Center for the Performing Arts. 3 As a volunteer on the CCPA Guild. Although I did not see her on a daily basis, I saw results from her multiple task duties at the CCPA, CCPA Guild and dining facility at CCPA. Tracy also took care of my printing needs. She took orders for printing holiday cards, from her own printing business. I was never disappointed. She has a knack for helping with my printing needs.
